These terms govern your use of anovaenergy.com and our services. By using the website or asking for a savings analysis, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are and what we do

Anova Energy is a brand of Anova Energy LLC. We help homeowners compare solar options and connect with installation partners. We are not the installer. Any installation, equipment, power or financing agreement is made directly between you and the installation partner or provider, under its own terms.

2. Savings estimates

The calculator and estimates on this website are illustrations. They use the assumptions shown next to them, such as the bill you enter, an average yearly utility rate increase, and a power price set at a percentage of your current bill. Your actual rates, savings and system performance depend on your home, your usage, your utility and the provider’s terms. Estimates are not quotes, offers or guarantees.

3. Free savings analysis

Our consultation and savings analysis are free and carry no obligation. Any offer from a provider, including a $0 up front option, is governed by that provider’s written agreement. Please read it before you sign.

4. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 and the owner of the home you ask about, or have the owner’s permission. The information you give us must be accurate and complete.

5. Calls, texts and emails

By submitting our form with your phone number, you agree that we and our partners may contact you about your request by phone, text and email, including with automated technology, at the number and address you gave us. If you check the consent box, you also agree to our Text Messaging Terms. You are not required to agree to texts to use our services or to buy anything.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use this website for anything unlawful, submit false information or someone else’s information without permission, interfere with the website or its security, scrape or copy it in bulk, or misuse our name or branding.

7. Our content

The website, including its text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Anova Energy LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view it for your own personal use. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission.

8. Third parties

The website may link to other sites, and we work with independent installation partners and providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their work, products, statements or agreements.

9. Disclaimers

The website and our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including that the website will be uninterrupted or error free.

10. Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Anova Energy LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost savings, profits or data, arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you agree to their jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else. Consumers can always use small-claims court where they live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply when posted, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the website after a change means you accept it.
