1. What you are signing up for

When you submit the form on anovaenergy.com and check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Anova Energy at the mobile number you gave us. These messages are about your solar savings analysis and may include:

• Replies to your request and questions
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Updates about your consultation and installation
• Offers and information about our services

2. Consent is optional

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us or from any provider. You can still request a savings analysis without it.

3. How often

Message frequency varies depending on your request and appointment. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. We do not charge for texts.

4. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no more texts. You can also call us at 1-888-471-7697 or email support@anovaenergy.com. If you opt out of marketing texts, we may still contact you about an appointment you have set.

6. Carriers

Text messaging works on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers and Anova Energy are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Your information

We handle your mobile number and consent under our Privacy Policy. We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. See also our Terms of Service.
