Anova Energy (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a brand of Anova Energy LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use anovaenergy.com and ask us for a free savings analysis, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we do

We help homeowners compare solar options and connect with installation partners. We do not install solar systems ourselves. To do that work for you, we need to collect and share some information, as described below.

2. Information we collect

What you give us. When you fill out our form, call us, text us or send us a document, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
• Your average monthly electric bill and, if you send it, a copy of your utility bill
• Your home address and details about your home or roof, if you share them
• Your text-message consent and the messages you send us
• Anything else you choose to tell us

What our website collects automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. The bill amount you type into our savings calculator is used on your screen to show the estimate. It is sent to us only if you submit the form.

Calls. Calls with us may be recorded or monitored for quality and training.

3. How we use it

• To prepare your free savings analysis and set up your virtual appointment
• To contact you by phone, text and email about your request, appointment reminders and installation updates
• To send you offers about our services, where the law allows or you have agreed
• To match you with installation partners and compare your options
• To run, secure and improve our website and services
• To follow the law and protect our rights

4. How we share it

• Installation partners and solar providers. We share your contact details, home details and energy usage with the partners we match you with, so they can prepare options and reach you about your request.
• Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as our customer-management, phone, text-messaging, email and scheduling tools. They may use your information only to do that work for us.
• Legal and safety. When the law requires it, or to protect people, our rights or our property.
• Business changes. If our company is sold or merges, your information may transfer to the new owner.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

5. Text messages

If you check the consent box on our form, we will text you about your request. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. Full details are in our Text Messaging Terms.

6. Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Calls: tell us you do not want marketing calls and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah and Virginia), you may have the right to know what we collect, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information or of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share your information for advertising. To make a request, email support@anovaenergy.com or call 1-888-471-7697. We may need to verify your identity first. If we deny a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our response. You will not be treated differently for using your rights.

8. Keeping your information

We keep your information as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or system is completely secure.

9. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we add analytics or advertising tools to this website, we will update this policy first.
